Growing up in Alpha, NJ in a blue collar family I never thought I would one day be working in insurance let alone founding and owning my own independent agency.
I moved to Easton, PA in 2012 and eventually landed in Bangor, PA in 2015 and have been here since.
I started my sales career in 2007 as a junior in high school selling electronics for Sears. I made the jump into manufacturing in 2011 with CF Martin & Co. After being promoted and joining their customer service team in 2015 I knew I wanted to spend my time helping others. In 2019 I accepted a position as an Inside sales rep with CF Martin & Co. and I quickly became one of the top sales reps in the company. With no room for growth and not feeling challenged I decided it was time for something new.
I left CF Martin & Co. in November 2022 got my PA and NJ insurance licenses and started working for Allstate Insurance. That brings us to the present day. I left Allstate in March of 2023 and decided that if I was going to do this I was going to do it right. The Lippincott Group was born with a simple philosophy. Provide the best customer service possible. Get it right the first time. and serve our community.
When I am not working I love to spend time with my family. I love to try new restaurants and enjoy Music and games.
Megan brings many years of insurance experience to the Lippincott Group. She has an extensive background in commercial, auto, home, renters, condo, small business, liability, boat, trailer, pet and flood insurance.
She loves to help people; specializing in finding coverage solutions for all of your insurance needs while saving you money is always her priority.
Her commitment to her customers along with her insurance knowledge and easy to talk to personality make her a five star agent with her clients.
Megan’s drive to help others doesn’t stop at the end of the work day; she’s a community leader participating in numerous activities with her three children and volunteering for many organizations. In her “spare time” she enjoys reading, hiking, paddle boarding and bike rides; she loves to spend time outdoors with her three children.
